As part of the new Request Dashboard, Community Feedback allows managers to view all feedback history for their organization. Managers may download feedback history as well as view the details of each entry, including who sent the feedback and what it's regarding.
To access Community Feedback via the Request Dashboard:
Click on the circular group icon in the top, right corner.
Go to Requests. This takes you to the Request Dashboard.
Click on the Community Feedback tab. Here managers can download feedback history and view feedback details.
